A versatile stylist with a passion for creating everything from dimensional color and balayage to precise cuts and extensions. With certifications in Aveda color and cutting, Brazilian Blowout, Pivot Point cutting, and EasiHair Pro extensions, she brings confidence and expertise to every service. While she truly enjoys the versatility of it all, color is her forever favorite.

Her hairstyling journey started at just 8 years old when her mom, also a stylist—taught her to cut hair. From sweeping salon floors to shampooing clients, Carmen grew up in the industry. With her mom by her side (literally—in her first job interview!), she launched her career straight out of high school and never looked back.

What Carmen loves most is the connection she builds with every guest—listening, understanding, and creating a custom look that leaves them feeling confident and cared for. To her, communication is the secret to salon success.

When she’s not at the salon, she’s with her family—her #1 priority.

Fun fact: she was once certified in Temptu makeup artistry. If she weren’t doing hair, she’d be wearing scrubs as a nurse.
